Offensive Player of the Week: Andrew Hellreigel, WR, TVCC — Hellreigel touched 3 passes and turned them all into touchdowns as Trinity Valley snapped a 5-game losing streak with a 24-9 win over Blinn. Hellreigel averaged 42 yards on his 3 TD catches.
Defensive Player of the Week: Devron Moore, DB, NEO — Moore intercepted 3 passes with returns of 1, 32 and 33 yards while also making 7 unassisted tackles, 2 assists and 1 pass deflection as the Golden Norse defeated Kilgore, 42-24.
Special Teams Player of the Week:  Santiago Escobar, K, Tyler — The freshman from Bullard connected on all 12 extra point attempts for Tyler.

Offensive Player of the Week:
Tyler Middleton, RB, Navarro — The sophomore from Midland rushed for 175 yards and 2 TDs on only 14 carries and added 2 receptions for 59 yards and another score in Navarro’s 52-35 victory over Tyler. Middleton’s scoring runs went for 52 and 44 yards and he caught a swing pass and scored from 40 yards out. Middleton averages 11.1 yards rushing 21.9 yards per reception. He has seven plays of 30 yards or more this season.
Defensive Player of the Week: Charles Woods, LB, Kilgore — The sophomore linebacker recorded 14 tackles, 1.5 TFLs for minus-6 yards, 2 quarterback hurries and he returned a fumble 70 yards for a TD in the Rangers’ 28-27 win over Blinn. Woods’ fumble return occurred with the Rangers trailing 27-7 with just over 10 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter.
Special Teams Player of the Week:  Patrick Sohrt, K, Navarro — Sohrt went 7-for-7 on extra points and also nailed a 42-yard field goal for Navarro. Sohrt has connected on 26 extra points in a row.

Tyrik Rollison, QB, Tyler — The sophomore quarterback completed 30 of 55 passes for 503 yards and 5 TDs, including a Hail Mary pass to JaVante Mack to send the game in overtime as the Apaches defeated NEO, 65-59, in 2 OTs. Rollison also contributed 18 yards rushing and another score.
Defensive Player of the Week
Arnold Blackmon, DE, Navarro  — The sophomore defensive end had 7 solo tackles and 3 assists in the Bulldogs’ 21-10 win over Trinity Valley. Blackmon also had 6 tackles for loss and 1 sack as the Bulldogs held the Cardinals to 48 yards offense in the second half.
Special Teams Player of the Week
Michael Thompson, KR, NEO — Thompson had a pair of 95-yard kickoff returns in NEO’s 56-49 2 OT loss at Tyler. Thompson averaged 51.2 yards on 5 kick returns and added 3 catches for 84 yards from his wide receiver position.

Tanner Tausch, QB, Kilgore — Tausch won a shootout with Tyler’s Tyrik Rollison when he completed 19 of 29 passes for 293 yards and 3 TDs in a 38-30 win over the Apaches. Tausch accounted for more than 250 yards through the air in the first half, passing for 3 straight scores as Kilgore built a 21-0 lead. Tausch is a freshman from Keller.
Defensive Player of the Week
Jaiari Dunaway, LB, NEO — A sophomore from Murfreesboro, Tenn., Dunaway made 6 solo tackles, 5 assists and notched a team-high 3 sacks for minus-17 yards in NEO’s 48-19 win over Ellsworth, Iowa.
Special Teams Player of the Week
Saul Martinez, K, TVCC — Martinez connected on field goals of 44 and 48 yards in the No. 6 Cardinals’ 44-20 loss to No. 7-ranked Iowa Western. Martinez is a sophomore from Pittsburg.

Broderick Jackson, DB, Tyler — Jackson recorded 13 tackles, including 2 for losses, and broke 2 passes for the Apaches.
Special Teams Player of the Week:
Marquez Clark, KR, Navarro — Clark returned a punt 85 yards for a TD and later added a 69-yard kickoff return to set up a field goal as Navarro rolled 42-16 over TVCC. Clark also caught TD pases of 75 and 7 yards.

Offensive Players of the Week: Tucker Carter, TVCC and Adrian Nelson, Navarro — The two quarterbacks combined for 13 touchdowns and more than 1,000 yards of offense in a wild 55-51 Trinity Valley win. Adrian Nelson, QB, Navarro — Nelson completed 28 of 44 passes for 542 yards and 6 TDs. Tucker Carter, QB, TVCC — Carter accounted for 7 TDs. Carter completed 25 of 37 passes for 358 yards and 4 TDs and he also rushed for 37 yards and 3 TDs.
Defensive Player of the Week:
Rikko Harris, LB, Tyler — Harris recorded 16 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 1 sack, 1 interception and broke up a pass in the Apaches’ victory.

Aubuchon averaged 46 yards on 3 punt returns, including a 67-yard return for a TD. Aubuchon also caught 3 passes for 51 yards and averaged 47 yards on 2 punts.
